Shuttle bus service around KLCC precinct

We understand you will want to visit a few places in KLCC. If you park you vehicle at our parking during weekdays, you will have a privilege to ride our shuttle service for FREE.

Gas powered bus

From 6.30am until 9.30am, at 5 minutes interval, shuttle service will be from MLP to the basement of KLCC (loading bay). This is especially meant for people who works at Petronas Twin Tower and KLCC Suria.

From 9.40am until 4.20pm, at 20 minutes interval, shuttle service will be from MLP - Isetan - Tower 2 - Tower 1 - Tower 3 - Convention Centre and back to MLP.

From 4.30pm until 8.30pm, at 10 minutes interval, shuttle service will be from MLP to the basement of KLCC (loading bay) again. This is especially meant for people who come back from works at Petronas Twin Tower and KLCC Suria.

Comfortable sitting

FREE ride is for driver only. Passenger of the parked vehicle or the public, will have to pay a small fee of RM1 before they get on board. Shuttle pass can be purchased at a nearby Automatic Payment Station (APS) and it will be valid for 24 hours.

Convenient Parking

For your parking convenient, we provide easy access to all our parking floors from ground level to the roof top. We have 2 nos of lifts.

Parking Security

We are very serious in providing security to our parking area. We would like you to feel safe and your vehicle parked safely.

CCTV

We are having a 24 hours cctv surveillance system. It is being monitored from our security room. At the same time, the parking area will be patrolled regularly by our security officers and Parking Operation personnel.

Monitoring screen

We also have Panic Button located at all level. When activated (by a press), an alarm will be triggered in the security room. Our Security Officer on duty will come to assist you.

How To Pay Your Parking Fee (with parking ticket)

Paying you parking fee is very easy. It can be done easily at any one of our 3 Auto Pay Station (APS). You can follow these steps:

1) Approach the APS. If it is in "Sleep" mode, it will wake up as soon as it sense you are approaching.

2) Insert the parking ticket into the ticket reader.

3) Parking fee will appear on the screen and the note reader will be activated.

4) Insert sufficient amount of money as per display on the screen.

5) Payment will be accepted and change will be discharge.

6) Collect the paid ticket from the ticket dispenser.

7) Exit the parking area within 15 minutes from the time payment was made.

If you do not exit within 15 minutes, the payment will expires and you will be required to make additional payment (for the next hour).

Please take note that the APS can accept RM1, RM5, RM10 adn RM50 bank notes. However, if the parking fee is less than RM18, RM50 bank notes will not be accepted.

If you encounter any problem while making payment, please press the intercom button. You call will be picked-up by our control room and will help you accordingly.

Touch 'N Go

We prefer if you used Touch 'N Go at our parking. It is faster and more efficient. However, we would like to give a few tips on how to use it.

Before approaching the entry gate:

Make sure you have at least RM20 balance in your Touch 'N Go account. This is the minimum amount required before your enter the parking area.

At the entry gate:

1) Approach the entry gate and position you vehicle as close as possible to allow easy access to the Touch 'N Go reader

2) Touch the card to the reader and hold it for 1-2 second. DO NOT wave of move the card.

3) The card will be verified and transaction will be recorded.

4) There will be a double beep once the transaction has been confirm.

5) Wait until the barrier open and enter the parking area.

At the exit gate:

1) Approach the exit gate and position you vehicle as close as possible to allow easy access to the Touch 'N Go reader

2) Touch the card to the reader and hold it for 1-2 second. DO NOT wave of move the card.

3) The card will be verified and a parking fee will be deducted from your Touch 'N Go balance.

4) There will be a double beep once the transaction has been confirmed and a balance amount will be shown at the reader display.

5) Wait until the barrier open and you may exit the parking area.
